During my work experience at PING I had the opportunity to collaborate on the design process for the "BRUZER PLD". The design of this putter is inspired by the french bulldog own by our CEO ( John A. Solheim). This Ping putter PLD "BRUZER" Limited Edition features a CNC milled and multi-material design intended for more stability. The majority of the putter head is made of 6061 Aerospace grade lightweight aluminum (black finish part of the putter), and the copper parts in the sole, back corners and on the toe and heel of the face are made from a heavier copper (tellurium copper). The design of using materials of different weights. This weight is purposed to move the weight as far away from the center of gravity as possible, giving the putter more forgiveness and stability. No milling on the face gives the "BRUZER" a specific sound and feel to optimize user feedback. The three sight-lines on top are the exact width of a ball, with the middle line being the longest for lining up your putt.

I am a young Italian man who has been living and studying design in America for over seven years. My journey moving to the US was an incredible one, which shaped me and helped me grow as a person. My background of living in Italy, as well my experiences touring around the US while on scholarship for the AAU men’s golf team, serve as the inspiration surrounding my design process.
My sports experience as an active golf college division II player has left a lasting impression on me, and taught me importance of understanding active sports, players mentality and the need for correct sportswear and shoes. I believe this deep involvement for over a decade in golf and other sports gives me a unique perspective into the needs and concerns of the athlete from the products he uses and how that translates into the aesthetic, performance and insights that an industrial designer needs to understand.
Recently, I have been working at IMPLUS LLC as Industrial Designer. I have been collaborating in the manufacturing process for soft goods & hard goods. My main task at IMPLUS has been formulating design concepts. My design process includes in-depth research to better understand and create for the unique aspirations and desires of future consumers. My studies have advanced and broadened my knowledge of construction, CMF, sketching, CAD, prototyping, 3D printing and manufacturing.
